Catering

All evening meals are taken together in an informal atmosphere at Maison Lussais where clients and staff can bond as a group with shared interests. Catering can accommodate all dietary and allergy requirements. Alternatively, clients can make their own dining arrangements at nearby restaurants.


Family-style French cooking is provided at the centre on Friday (arrival) evenings and Sunday evening.

Breakfast Saturday and Sunday is a traditional French breakfast of fresh croissants, bread, brioche, jam, coffee/tea/hot chocolate.

Evening meal on Saturday night is taken at a nearby restaurant which is included in the course cost. A carafe of wine is included with all evening meals.

Morning and afternoon refreshments include: tea/coffee/fruit juice options and biscuits.

Lunch Saturday is taken while on the feature-gathering trip, with clients making their own arrangements at local cafes etc,

Lunch on Sunday comprises: baguette or sandwich and salad, tea/coffee/fruit juice options.
