Booking and Costs

The cost of the course including accommodation and meals (except Saturday lunch) is 390 Euros.

Non course-participating partners are welcome to attend and there is a host of places to visit and things to do in the area. Cost per non course-participant is 320 Euros and booking for both parties must be made at the time of reservation. Reservations are now being taken for our courses commencing on:

 

1. Friday September 26th 2008

2. Friday October 10th 2008

Reservations should be made on our Contact Form page by email, stating names of all persons in the party, whether they are course participants or non-participating, and the date of the course you wish to attend. Please state at the time, any dietary/allergy food requirements.

Your reservation will be acknowledged by a return email.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid by 14 days before the course start date.

Payments in £ Sterling:

Clients paying in Sterling must make out cheques in Sterling, made out to our UK Agent - J.Connolly and mailed to: Write Away in France PO Box 10141, Colchester, CO7 0WF

For clients who wish to pay  by Euro Cheque or in Euros through a cheque drawn on a French bank:

All Cheques must be made out to R.K.Andrews and mailed directly to 8 Place de l'eglise 79160 Fenioux,  Deux Sevres, France.

Deposit for Course participants:- 97.5 Euros

Non-Participants:-    80 Euros

Balance payment for participants:-  292.5 Euros

Balance payment for non-participants:- 240 Euros

Clients who wish to check the current Sterling/Euro rate at the time of booking can visit the free currency conversion site:http://www.uk.reuters.com/investing/currencies .Click on "currencies" in the left hand menu and then use the Currency Converter to obtain the current daily rate.

Terms and conditions:

Reservations do not become firm bookings until a deposit  is received. Receipt of a booking deposit will be confirmed by email.

Should a course be cancelled by Write Away In France for any reason a full refund will be made. We do however reserve the right to re-schedule a course if circumstances beyond our control make the original date unachievable. Should this date be unacceptable, a full refund will be given.

Recommendations:

Take out personal travel insurance. If you are a member of an EU country, you are entitled to a European Health Card (replacing the old E111). The application form obtainable free at all Post Offices explains the health cover provided under this scheme.

Clients are responsible for their own transportation to the Centre. However if clients wish to be collected from airports, will will try to make local arrangements. We will notify you by email to confirm if this is possible and the cost as soon as possible following your reservation.

Flights are available, subject to seasonal operations, to the airports of Poitiers (one hour from the centre) and La Rochelle (One hour 15 minutes from the centre) by car. Car hire is available at good rates from both airports.
